Tell her what is actually going on. She will tell you which journey fits, what it involves and what it costs — or that none of them do. No obligation either way.
Why there is sometimes a wait. She is one practitioner, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, and every journey runs four to six weeks. That caps how many she can carry at once. It is not a tactic — it is arithmetic.
